Ready to discover a new way to dance? Our Modern I class introduces dancers to the foundations of modern, contemporary, and lyrical dance in a fun, welcoming environment!

Modern dance is all about emotion, breath, body awareness, creativity, and self-expression. Born as a rebellion against the strict structure of ballet, modern dance encourages dancers to break free, explore movement, and tell stories through their bodies. 💫

🎶 What to Expect:

Beginner-friendly instruction
Modern, contemporary & lyrical movement
Building body awareness and confidence
Exploring emotion and storytelling through dance
Freedom to create and express yourself
