6 am STUDIO RED 💥

12 weeks ago, I took over this class with 8 members showing up. Today, 19 incredible people walked through those doors ready to work hard, push themselves, and give it everything they had before most people even start their day

I’m so grateful for this crew and the energy they bring every Friday morning. Watching this class grow has been amazing, but what makes it special is the people in it — the consistency, the effort, the support, and the willingness to show up and challenge themselves day after day

Thank you all for trusting me, working hard with me, and making 6 AM one of the best hours of my week 🔥
