Fittings are now available in your own home to get that sweat machine of yours set up in a comfortable, powerful position. As a peloton rider myself (Kendall is my favorite) I can attest to the great workouts they provide. Riding position is key though...

Feeling like your knees are on fire every ride? Your saddle may be in the wrong position causing excess pressure that can lead to injury.

Sore butt? That saddle that came with it might be the wrong size for you.

Many bikes come with shoes and cleats as well allowing you to maximize your power output. However, having your shoes set up in the wrong position can lead to injuries, keeping you off that bike you paid a pretty penny for.

Take the guess work out of it. Let me help you set up your saddle position (height, angle, fore and aft), bar position and shoe/cleat and pedal set up. All you have to worry about is turning the pedals!

Before the bike fittings started yesterday I had a great zoom call with Sheri Rosenbaum on bicycle first aid and what to think about when you or a friend are involved in bicycle accident. Most of us are great at preparing our bikes and gear for rides but do you ever mentally prepare for what you will do if an accident occurs?? The outdoor riding season may be coming to an end (for some people) and many bikes will start their hibernation on the trainer for winter. With the emergence of some great cycling software like TrainerRoad and Zwift trainer sessions can lead to fitness boosts that will help you become a stronger cyclist come spring.

Charlie Chidley is planning on some BIG fitness gains this winter so a Retül bike fitting was a necessity to ensure injuries can be avoided, power goals can be met, and most of all being comfortable on a bike living on the trainer.
