Who are you when no one is watching?
It’s a simple question, however, a missing puzzle piece with many people. When there aren’t any iPhones or fancy video equipment to record, when no one is clapping, when you question and doubt yourself...This is what separates true long term progression with reaching your goals...I see my clients maybe on average 2-4 x weekly for training. What makes my coaching different is, the conversation is more centralized on what they are doing when I’m NOT watching. Following the plan day in and day out not only when they are feeling energized and motivated, but when you’re facing adversity...Going above and beyond what normal society would do behind closed doors is what breeds success.

People who avoid failure also avoid success...Your physical, mental, and spiritual growth don’t always coincide with your placings. Although I placed 2nd, the culmination of my training has been coming to full fruition this season. I have most definitely transformed myself since I last stepped on stage in 2019. I couldn’t be more thankful for that. Grateful for my coach Peter Fitschen who has taken me to the next level...2 pro shows in the books, just 1 more yet before I head into a very long offseason. Going back to the drawing board to pursue that uncharted next level version of myself...The transformation continues. 👊🏼💪🏼
