Abiding Spirit Aikikai

The Abiding Spirit Aikikai is a traditional school offering classes in Aikido for adults and children, teaching Aikido for self defense and for health.

The Abiding Spirit Aikikai, located in Crystal Lake, IL, offers classes in the mind-body art of AIKIDO. The Abiding Spirit Aikikai is part of the Abiding Spirit Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to cultivation of the mind-body-spirit connection, and personal well being and development through a variety of offerings.
