Happy Mothers Day 💕💃🙏
Your body is built on your non-negotiables.
No matter what’s going on in my life – building a new brand, creating e-books, programming for clients, training… I don’t skip out.
Your body reflects your choices.
Most of you aren’t stuck – you’re inconsistent.
You’re still not seeing results because your training, you’re in nutrition, you’re recovery… I’ll get done when it’s convenient.
⚠️Random workouts create random results. It’s that simple. There is no magic formula.
You want to change?
💪🏻 your habits have to become non-negotiable.
💪🏻 train whether you feel like it or not.
💪🏻meal prep, eat the same thing everyday
💪🏻ditch alcohol
💪🏻 hang with people who push you out of your comfort zone and want you to level up
👉🏻Do it in the middle of chaos.
Decide who you are-and show up like it.

The difference between sore legs and stronger legs?
It’s your fuel.
Midlife women – there’s a big difference here. You cannot live in a constant deficit and expect to build shapely, strong legs.🙄
⚠️YOU cannot starve & sculpt at the same time.
There are 2 things to consider:
1️⃣ Your FUEL- 🫵🏻 are what you eat. The last 12 hours matter. If you went into leg day after alcohol, soda, and s**t carbs, don’t expect a strong sesh.
Instead:
🦵🏼 Quality macros the day before. Early to bed, lemon water/turmeric/ACV elixir, pre-workout snack keep it tight. Post workout-you earned the right to eat those starches, complex carb, protein, and small quality fats. This is just meal #1.
2️⃣ Your TRAINING don’t leave anything in the tank.
Be intentional with every rep and every set. If you’re lifting the same weights, doing the same exercises/machines every week, you stay the same. DUH….🙄
FYI-the gym is 20%. Your results are driven by the 23 hours left in the day.

Then stay Fat.
Stay miserable.
Reality check.
🫵🏻 cannot starve your body, do endless cardio, and expect to feel strong, energized and symptom-free in midlife. Nope-nada🙄
Truth.
👉🏻 If you want to minimize menopausal symptoms, address your fat and actually transform your body. Here’s what needs to happen:
✔️ rewrite the narrative
✔️ shed the layers (excuses, your beliefs etc..)
✔️ create standards
✔️ Train w/intention
✔️ Eat to fuel your daily activities
Remember:
👉🏻 you are what you eat
👉🏻 you become the 5 people you hang out with
👉🏻 your body hears everything you say and acts accordingly
Lasting transformation is sustainable when U work on your “SELF” 1st.
