This year we did something different at CrossFit 104… we opened the Open floor to the kids.
And it was powerful.
They stepped up nervous.
They stepped up excited.
They stepped up unsure.
And then they did what athletes do — they tried.
They jumped, lifted, ran, and burpee’d their way through workouts that probably felt huge to them. And they did it with courage.
But what hit me the most wasn’t just the kids.
It was watching our members stand beside them as their judges — counting every rep, encouraging them, giving high-fives, and treating them like true athletes on the floor.
Adults and kids, side by side, pushing through hard things together.
In that moment you could see exactly what this community is about.
My heart felt so much joy watching it all unfold.
Because this is bigger than workouts or scores.
It’s kids learning they are strong.
It’s adults showing them they belong.
It’s a community lifting up the next generation.
And if these past few weeks showed us anything…the future of CrossFit 104 is powerful. 💪

You’ve done hard things before — this time, you don’t have to do it alone.
Come sweat, laugh, and remember what it feels like to believe in yourself again.
That’s what CrossFit 104 is all about.
Here, we’re not just building muscles.

We’re building confidence.
We’re building connection.
Every rep, every cheer, every “keep going, you’ve got this” is a reminder that you’re capable of so much more than you think. Your story deserves a comeback — and this is where it starts.

Because you deserve to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable.
We can’t fix your WiFi or your ex…
but we can help you crush a WOD, surprise yourself, and walk out feeling like the main character of your own comeback story.
At CrossFit 104, confidence isn’t something you need to have before you walk in — it’s something you build every time you show up. Our coaches guide you. Our members cheer for you. And somewhere between the warmup and the cooldown, you start realizing you’re capable of way more than you thought.

You could meet your next accountability partner… or your next best friend.
Some of our members met in class and now spot each other in life — literally and emotionally. That’s what happens here: you show up for a workout and somehow leave with people who cheer for you, support you, and text you when they know you’re trying to skip leg day.
What’s Friends Week?
From November 10–15, anyone can come try CrossFit 104 all week long — for free.
Bring a friend, bring a coworker, bring that neighbor you exchange awkward waves with… or come solo and we’ll introduce you to someone instantly.
No experience needed.
No pressure.
Just good vibes, great workouts, and a community that actually cares.
Show up, make a friend, maybe even find the person who will yell “YOU’VE GOT THIS!” when you’re one rep away from giving up.

And trust us… your playlist deserves competition.
At CrossFit 104, your hype squad is waiting — and we yell motivational things, not weird stuff like “run faster, Greg!”
You’ll get high-fives, loud encouragement, and a room full of people who want to see you win… even on wall ball day.

November 10–15, you (and any friends you drag along for moral support) can jump into as many classes as you want — totally free.
