Good Morning Warriors:
Round 2:
Two weeks ago I finished the first 13 weeks Climber and Kettlebell challenge. I did them 5 times a week, 52 minutes of climbing, and 1/2 hour of Kettlebell training, at the end of the 13 weeks I did 80 hours of fasting and I lost 20 lbs altogether, I started at 240 lbs I weigh now 220 lbs. So my new goal is to get to 200Lb in the next 13 weeks.
This is the result of my first week:

Warriors:
I just finished designing a new 12 week kettlebell program, it is going to be tough, but it is going to be a fun 12 weeks.
KETTLEBELL FOR FAT LOSS AND MENTAL TOUGHNESS
We will start Monday November 1st, five times a week and every day will be a different workout.
The times for the Kettlebell for fat loss and mental toughnes program are:
Monday 5:00 pm
Tuesday 7:00 pm
Wednesday 5:00 pm
Thursday 7:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am

Warriors starting this week Dylan's Tuesday and Thursday class will be from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm instead of 5:00 pm

I want to take this moment to thank my training partner Cee Raymundo for inviting me to take the 90 Day kettlebell Challenge at MMA UNDERGROUND with her.
Without her constant support, drive, strong will and determination I would probably won’t finish it lol, she was there every single day training so I had no choice but to keep doing it with her too lol
There were many times I wanted her to quit lol
So my results are:
My body fat percentage in the beginning was 32.80% and at the end was 26.70%
I lost 18.50% of Body fat
My starting weight was 240 lb., my finish weight was 198 lb.
I lost 42 lb. in 90 days.
Cee did great numbers too, I hope she also share her results, she lost over 35+ lbs. too. I am so happy and so proud of her.

The next 90 days new and improved Kettlebell challenge start on January 2, 2018, so start signing up for it. If you are already a member of MMA Underground you don’t need to sign up, but if you are not is $150 dollars for 90 days of the Kettlebell challenge.
