✨ Week 6 Check-In ✨
This week definitely surprised me…
The scales went up 0.5kg and honestly… I wasn’t expecting it!! 👀
A few months ago, that number probably would’ve ruined my day. But Now? I looked at my photos first, my body looks leaner, my waist is more defined, I’m feeling stronger in the gym and I’m more confident than I’ve been in a long time!! 🫶🏼🥰🤌🏼
That’s why this journey has taught me that progress is about so much more than the scales!! I’ve stuck to my plan, loved every meal, enjoyed my training and I’m feeling completely locked in!! 🔐💪🏼
Week 7 is a little different because it’s Ibiza week 🌴but I’m excited to see how I can balance enjoying the trip while staying true to the habits I’ve built over the last six weeks!!

Week 5 Woohooo 💃🏼✨✅
This week genuinely surprised me…
I lost another 0.45kg and my biggest drop in body fat so far… all without changing my calories!
The only changes?
✨ 20 minutes on the stepper (which I’ve actually loved!)
✨ 12-14k steps a day
✨ Staying consistent
What I’m most proud of this week isn’t even the numbers though…
🤍 I took my own food to a family BBQ for the first time and realised I wasn’t missing out on anything
🤍 I went to another family get together and wasn’t tempted because I genuinely enjoyed the meals I had planned
It’s made me realise that getting results doesn’t have to mean saying no to your life, it just means planning ahead!! 🙊
I’ve also had so many lovely compliments this week and although they’re not why I’m doing this, they definitely give you that little extra boost!! 🥹♥️🙌🏼
Seeing my waist tighten, more quad definition coming through and feeling stronger in the gym has made all the little daily habits feel so worth it!! 🙏🏼
Onto Week 6 babyyy

Rachel has been absolutely smashing it!! She’s showing up, putting in the work and it’s so rewarding watching her grow stronger every single week!! 🙌🏼
My goal has never been to make people eat perfectly or spend hours in the gym. It’s about building habits that actually last!!

✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨
Wow… I am genuinely speechless when I look at these transformations!! The progress has made this year has been absolutely incredible and I couldn’t be prouder of her!! 🥹🫶🏼
One of the best things about this journey has been seeing her confidence grow. Watching Emma head off on holiday feeling confident, happy and comfortable in her own skin, showing off all of her hard work in a bikini is exactly what it’s all about!! 🙌🏼
Emma has put in the work both during and outside of our sessions. She’s focused on her nutrition, increased her daily steps whenever she could and stayed consistent even when life got busy. Over the last few months we’ve moved towards mostly full-body training sessions once a week, which has made a huge difference to her overall physique and strength!! 💪🏼
The results speak for themselves but what impresses me most is the dedication and commitment she’s shown throughout the process. I’m absolutely over the moon with what she’s achieved so far and the exciting thing is that she’s only just getting started! The best is yet to come! 💪🏼 🔥

One month in and I honestly can’t even believe the shift!! 🥳🥹💪🏼
I’m actually proud of myself in a way I don’t think I’ve ever felt before… This has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, hands down!!! 🫶🏼
Four weeks, no cheat days… which for me is wild!!!! 👀 Like I used to live for them!! But weirdly, I don’t even miss it the same way anymore. The food noise is just… quieter. I’m eating properly, I feel more in control and I just feel better in myself! 💕
This week calories dropped and I was fully bracing for craziness but honestly, I handled it way better than I thought!! Yeah, a bit lower energy, stepper felt spicier… but I kind of like it!! 👀🙊 Like I like being pushed. I like seeing what I’m capable of!
Then camping… first proper “life happens but I stay on plan” moment. Cooking outside, simple meals, no takeaway spiral, just actually enjoying it. And I’m not gonna lie, I’m proud of that…. 🥹 That’s a big shift for me!!
And the results this week?? -0.5kg and -2% body fat… I’m literally over the moon!! EEKK!! I can actually see the difference now and it’s so motivating!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Next stop: Ibiza in two weeks 😱😱 And yeah I am planning to stay on track out there… that’s the next test!! But honestly? I’m excited for it!! 🤌🏼🤌🏼

Week 3 check-in 🤍
This week has been a really interesting one.
The scales moved by just 0.1kg and my body fat stayed exactly the same…
But when I look at the photos, I can see changes everywhere!! ✨🤌🏼
My physique is changing
My energy is improving
My food noise is quieter
My period arrived early
I feel like my body is responding positively instead of fighting me - YAY 🥳
It’s such a good reminder that progress isn’t always reflected by a number on the scales 🙏🏼
Sometimes the biggest changes are happening behind the scenes 👀
The food is still amazing
The training is still challenging
The process still feels sustainable
And honestly, I’m excited to see what week 4 brings 🤍
