The Sun Coast Swim Team instills ideals of honesty, integrity, fair play, and sportsmanship, alongside promoting the values of hard work and dedication. SCST TEAM HIGHLIGHTS
Twenty-eight (28) SCST swimmers have gone on to swim in college at NCAA Division I, II, and III, and at other schools, including Florida State University, GardnerβWebb University, Florida Atlantic University, U.S. Naval Academy, Ohio Wesleyan University, Virginia Military Institute, Norwich University, Indian River State College, Florida Southern, Berry College, University of the Cumberlands, Daytona State, Emmanuel College, Florida Tech, Barry University, and others. The Crystal River, Lecanto, and Citrus High School Swim Teams, with strong support from swimmers who also swam for SCST, have won more than two dozen FHSAA District Titles. Numerous SCST swimmers representing their respective high schools have qualified for the prestigious FHSAA State Championships, with several earning medals. Over 10 high schools in Citrus, Hernando, Marion, and Pasco Counties are represented on SCST.
