✨ MEET AMMRA BERGER! ✨
Ammra is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa and Yin flow, known for creating deeply intentional, grounding experiences on the mat. With a background in energy work and a Master-level Reiki certification, she incorporates energy healing and chakra balancing into her classes, helping students move beyond the physical practice and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. 🌙💫

Ammra is also a licensed massage therapist, earning her certification in 2021. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology allows her to create thoughtful, fluid, and supportive movement experiences that honor the body's natural mechanics.
