Here’s an 8-Part Chaos Band Workout shown by Koo. This workout relied on 3 primary methods. 1) 90 Degree Eccentric Isometrics, 2) Chaos Band Method, and 3) The Hanging Band Technique the latter 2 of which used oscillating kinetic energy & chaotic perturbations.

The 90 Degree Eccentric Isometric protocol is the single most effective training method only for bulletproofing the joints & preventing/treating injury but also building functional strength & muscle mass. That’s because this is where maximal muscle activation occurs not to mention it’s the strongest & biomechanically safest position.

Think of 90 deg as the sweet spot for firing max motor units & muscle fibers while placing the least amount of stress on joints. It’s also where we have optimal levels of proprioceptive feedback from muscle spindles. That means our ability to fine-tune movement & master form is best at these positions since we have greatest amount of kinesthetic awareness (sense of feel).

Oh man, I can’t tell you how much I absolutely LOVE working out. 

With every workout, I’m going beyond my limits and I set new standards for my body and health. And do you know why I take my workouts so seriously?

Because how you do one thing is how you do everything. 

If you’re consistent with your workout and consistently show up in the gym, you’re gonna show up with the same power and energy for your business. 

Because how you show up outside of your business affects how you show up inside of your business. If you look at the most successful people out there…they’re all not out of shape. A lot of them have a fit body and take their own physical health very seriously.

So if even the most successful people are working out, what makes you think that you shouldn’t?

Being a business athlete has helped me so much get ahead in life. Because I learned how to go beyond my limits during my workout sessions, I learned how to go beyond my limits in business.

And that led to exponential growth for my company. 

If you need business advice, my best advice for you is to become a business athlete.

All you need is a kettlebell but if you only have dumbbells or sticking to just bodyweight, this workout can still be done. Let’s get after it 👊🏽

Workout description: each exercise you will complete 4 rounds of 40 seconds on with a 20 second rest. After all 4 rounds are done. Take a minute or two to recover and then go into the next exercise and complete the same pattern as exercise one. Super challenging. You’ll be drenched but Gains will be made 🔥 

1. Table top taps, loaded beast high jump to side kick through 

2. Single arm Push Plank 

3. Kneeling Clean to Squat, Cossack 

4. Walking super man plank

1️⃣10s Solid Freestanding Handtand
2️⃣20 Pushups

Tips:

Always aim to lean forward instead of pushing straight up and down. 

Perform the reps slow and controlled.

Use stomach to wall variation to simulate the freestanding version. Back to wall will NOT help you. 2 feet(60cm) distance from the wall is optimal.

Lots of practice! You can't achieve it in 1 day, take the process 1 step at a time and enjoy the daily grind.
