Check out our SUMMER SCHEDULE for CrossFit kids! We are switching from evenings to mornings in the summer. Starting June 1st and ending July 31st we will have CF Kids from 10:30-11:30, Monday thru Thursday. Keep your kids, ages 6-14, fit all summer long!

Loved having all the new kids come try out our CrossFit kids/teens class ! If you are looking to get your kids active, or stay in shape in between sports, come work out with us. You asked and we listened! PRESCHOOL PUMP is starting in September and we cannot wait! Starting on September 13th, every 2nd and 4th Saturday, we will get 3-6 year olds moving with fun games in a gym setting, learn to listen and follow rules, take turns, have a little competition, and have tons of FUN!
