Last Monday, James so graciously processed my order for a Launch Pad and shipped it the same day. We installed it over the weekend (very easy to do by the way) and my family is already loving it!! I called after seeing they were sold out online. Again, James knocked it out of the park with customer service allowing me to purchase one of the last 3 you were hanging onto until new shipment arrived. Our neighbors have one and now we do it.
