CITY COUNCIL TO VOTE ON KOHL'S REDEVELOPMENT TONIGHT @ 7PM

City Council will hear from the team behind Pickle Social tonight as they request conditional uses be approved which will allow a Recreation/Entertainment Venue and new restaurant to occupy the vacant Kohl's property.

The project passed Planning Commission unanimously with strong community support. However, concerns still exist regarding traffic flow from Old Scott Rd to Holcomb Bridge Rd eastbound with some members of the Planning Commission asking RDOT to consider how to provide a solution.

We have so many great players in the Atlanta area. Big congrats to David Spearman, Dan Granot, and Sue Johnson. They all stood on the podium in the Senior Pro Division down in Punta Gorda.
