Great weekend for the Surge!
Team went 5-1 to place Runner Up, out if 32 teams, in the Triple Crown North Atlanta Open-
Going undefeated throughout the tournament, Surge battled hard in bracket play including coming back from a 4-0 deficit in the first round against Team Elite to win, coming back from a 7-2 deficit to beat the Ga Jackets in the Quarterfinals, and coming back from a 8-5 deficit to win the Semifinals and move in to the Championship game. Though Surge fell short in the championship game, they played incredibly well and fought until the end, all the while maintaining respect for the game and exemplifying great sportsmanship!

TRIPLE CROWN EASTER SHOOTOUT -Another great weekend for the East Cobb Surge! After two solid wins in pool play on Friday against two ranked teams, The Surge went on to the championship game and fell short against the 643 Cougars. Team trip to watch Ga Tech vs. AU play tonight...and ran into another fan, Tom Glavine (his son is a pitcher for Auburn).
