Happy day to all of you!!! I cannot believe it is that time again for swim lessons, I am super excited for the warmer weather to get here and to see my past swimmers and my new swimmers. The big day is going to be Tuesday, February 17th at 9am!!
I am about to give you a lot of information, please take the time to read all of this and if you have any questions, please text me before Tuesday, the 17th. I try to only communicate via text because it easier to text than answer the phone.
🫣So this year, the format is going to be a little different. In the last we have done 5 days with 4 learning days and then made the last day a 15 minute or so lesson to allow the parent to see what we have worked on. I have learned that this day is not necessarily needed, a lot of parents opt to not come that day because I have a lot of parents who travel far to come swim with me. So this season, the lessons will start on Monday and end on Thursday (unless you are coming in the am during April and may). The Thursday you will be able to watch the whole lesson, I will have a bench set up above the pool that will allow you watch, film, etc but still have the child focus on what they are doing. The time will still be in the water for 25 minutes or less if the child is having a really tough time, which normally does not happen. Please remember that parents are not allowed in the swim area because we want your child to get the most out of our 25 minutes. The fee will be $200 per child this year.
For the slots that are in between my bus routes (April and May) we will start on Sunday and skip Tuesday bc of my bus schedule this year, I have to drive on Tuesday’s.
On Tuesday the 17th at 9am, I will fill slots as they come in. Please text me with what week and time slot you would like. It would be good to give an alternative time slot as well. 🙏🙏PLEASE DO NOT TEXT ME MORE THAN ONCE AFTER YOU SENT THE ORIGINAL TEXT BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SPOT!!!!! 🙏🙏It takes me a while to answer all of the text, over a 100 people will text me at 9:00am, so please be patient with me! If by the next day you still have not heard from me, then please reach back out.
Once we set a schedule, it is hard for me to move you around, so please take the next few days and plan accordingly (vacations, graduations, etc).
Once we set the time, by me sending you a confirmation text that I have you in a spot, I will send out an information text asking for your child’s name, age and email address. Once I get that, I will then send an email that will have the information packet and the waiver form attached. That is when you will send in your non-refundable deposit, which is half of the fee, to hold the spot.

Happy Monday!!! Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of my families that I met this summer, all of the referrals, I know you have choices for swim instructors, and you chose me. I will be teaching adults this winter who are members of one life, so if you are member and you are wanting to learn or practice, please contact me. I hope everyone has a great winter, spring will be here soon!! Remember, mid February is when sign ups will be, I can’t wait to see and meet my returning and new swimmers.

Wow, wow, wow!!! All I can say is thank you to all of my previous and future swimmers!! You guys are amazing and I am so thankful for all of my swim families. What a morning. My schedule is almost full and I am beyond grateful! Here is what is left. Again, if interested, please text me at 770-367-5172 with what is left.

This is what I have left. If none of the times work for you, options are 1) I can add you to a waitlist (don’t have a lot of cancellations, but they do happen occasionally) or 2) we try weekend work. How that works is that I try to do two consecutive weekends Saturday and Sunday (normally am time slots) in a row. $35 a lesson. I book them closer to the weekend bc we never know what will come up on the weekend.

Good afternoon everyone!!!!!! Wow, I can not believe that this will be my 21st year teaching!! I am so excited for the summer to get here. Sorry this is so late being sent out, but plans got changed this weekend last minute and I had to move the signup date to Tuesday the 18th at 9:am.
ok, here are the details. First thing to remember. Once you text me that morning, Please DO NOT TEXT ME AGAIN UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM ME!! The reason I type this is because at 9am, I will get over a hundred text at one time. I will respond to them in order as the first come. If you resend me a text, like “did you get my text”, you will lose your place in line bc of how text work. When I have you on the schedule, I will send you a “😎” to let you know that I have you. After I get everyone on the schedule, I will go back and send the info that I will need to get from you. Remember, each child will need their own time slot. If you have more than one swimmer, please pick two or as needed time slots. If after a day, you do not hear from me, please then reach back out to me.
2nd. Please make sure the date you pick does not interfere with camps or vacations. I get booked solid and it is hard to move people around. I know things come up unexpectedly and I will do my best to accommodate, but no guarantees. Remember the deposit is non refundable, so please make sure. Once I send you the confirmation letter and details, you will need to send your deposit in to hold your spot. If you change your mind after you book with me, please give me the courtesy to remove your spot sooner so that another family can have the opportunity.
3rd. Please note that I try to do all my communication via text. The main reason is because most of the time I am either on the bus, in the pool or sleeping. I do not answer Facebook very often bc I do not see the notifications and I can answer a text quicker than a phone call.

Ok. Here is what I will have open. When picking a slot, remember, these are week lessons. The slot you pick is for the same time every day of that week, normally Monday thru Friday. The slots are at 30 min intervals, but we are in the water for 25 minutes.

When you respond, I need the week and time slot(s) that you would like to get. If that slot is taken, I will offer you other slots available.
The dates in March, April and May. I will miss Tuesday mornings bc of bus duties, so that day will have to be made up by starting on Sunday or Saturday, preferably in the am time.

Good evening!!! I can not believe it is that time of year again!! I can’t believe this is my 19th year teaching!!! So, I am sending out this message because it is that time of year again to book lessons. Please read all of the information that I am including so that we are all on the same page. My number is 770-367-5172. I will open up the schedule on Friday, February 16th at 9:00am. If you have been with me in the past, you all know that at 9:00am, my phone will go crazy with over a 100 plus messages. This is the important part: DO NOT MESSAGE ME AGAIN ONCE YOU HAVE SENT ME A MESSAGE THAT DAY!!! I book the lessons in order as they come in. It takes me all day to get through them, even if you texted me at 9:00am. If you text me, then you lose your spot in order and I do not want that to happen. If I have not responded back to you that day, then please reach out to me the next day. The process is: I give you my open dates and times, you will text me what week and time you want. When I get to your text, if I have that open, it is yours. If I don’t, I will text you with some options. Please kind of be ready to answer my text if you can, I know we are all busy and this is a vacation weekend for us. After we decide on a time slot, I will have you send me the swimmers name, age and a email address so that I can send you the waiver form and information regarding what to expect for that week. Once you receive this, you will need to return the waiver form with the non-refundable deposit, which is half of the fee. The fee is still $170 per swimmer for the week. Please make sure that the week you are booking does not conflict with any camps or vacations. Once we decide on a time slot, if you have to change your slot, if I can not fill the spot, a whole new deposit will be required. I believe that is everything. If any questions, please feel free to text me, I don’t normally answer my phone because I like all of my interactions to be through text. I am still driving the school bus, so if I do not answer you, I will. Also, if for some reason my time slots are not working for you, Jyllian my daughter will be teaching again this summer. Good evening, hope everyone is enjoying this amazing weather we had this week, giving me major spring-fever!!! I wanted to give my parents who ask me about swim teams during the summer a place to find a team for their little swimmers that don’t want to do year round swimming but would like to try a neighborhood swim team. Happy New Year to everyone!!! I hope you guys had an amazing holiday season and survived that miserable cold snap we had!!! I am already getting messages, and that fills my heart to the fullest, asking about my swim schedule. I plan on opening up the schedule the weekend of February 17th with lessons starting the around the beginning of April.
