Classes have been FULL for the past couple weeks, so this is your reminder to be on time! Especially for our 9am class!

Our 6:15am class is moving to 6:00am, starting after Labor Day! Set your alarms 15 minutes earlier to finish your workout before the rest of the day begins!
Other than the start time, the class will remain the same. 45 minutes of HIIT or Circuit.
