Got back from battle at Primm. Had a good time hanging out with friends and my oldest who was spoiled by the Gallo's. 1st Race was going great ripped fender off on 1st lap. Ran smooth till a hard front endo broke the radiator and overheated the truck 3 turns from the finish. A group ran to Vegas that night and got a new radiator. Changed the radiator that night and while testing the Motor was pressurizing the cooling system and pushing water out. Andrew made the call to run it. I was now co driving and we were running good till the start of lap 3 when temp started rising and all the water was pushed out. Stopped right after start finish line on the infield and added 4 gallons of water which allowed the third and forth place trucks to go pass us. Andrew was back on the gas and we were watching the gauges carefully. Came into pits at the end of lap 3, crew was ready and added water. We were off again. The truck was holding temp low enough so we could keep going and made another quick stop again at the end of lap 4 for more water. We had enough water and we were off to finish the day in 4th. It was a great time. Thanks for all the cooks, crew and Andrew for letting me tag along. Prayers go out to family, friends of Jeff who's still at the hospital. Godspeed in your recovery.

This was a great trip. Good friends and fun
So back from the rubicon. Had a good weekend with family and friends. No break downs. Buggy worked good. Kids loved it and my 2 year old girl was strapped in for hours at a time and loved it. Wife drove great and said she had fun. Now it's time to modify and repeat.
So anyone going to the rubicon memorial weekend?
