Yes. As of June 17, 2026, an 18-year-old in Florida can apply for a Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License (CWFL), assuming they meet the other eligibility requirements. Florida’s Department of Agriculture says it is now issuing licenses to applicants 18 and older following the Eubanks v. Florida decision. �
