Well the answer is “it depends”. Yoga is not as effective as using weights, but you can use yoga for strength and bone health. Embrace standing poses and always look for ways to integrate balancing, but also use a yoga strap to create tension/strength in the bones. Also don’t avoid those challenging poses that are tough for you as they are indeed challenging your body and will give you both physical and mental strength!
