1st Place day 1 - La Primavera - Lago Vista 35+ Cat 4/5
Racing for NWCC on the Church Cycles full carbon light weight EX1 did job in the hill country. The little added weight having 60 mm full carbon wheels over 50s for aerodynamics may have paid off with making the descents fast and definitely more fun. :)
DNF day 2 - La Primavera - Lago Vista 35+ Cat 4/5
5 man breakaway with teammate Paul von Burg, The Ox, with a 3 minute gap and 2 laps left was most likely to end up with another podium spot, but was quickly ended with a puncture from a sharp piece of rock. Teammate Paul took 2nd place and 1st place for overall. Great job Ox!!

Danielle Scoville picked up 3 wins and $150 worth of gift cards today at the Cedar Hill, Texas bike festival road races on her EX1 Church Cycles all carbon race bike. Way to ride Danielle!

Welcome Josh Gibson to the Cycles family!
Last week Josh put the final touches on his new Church Cycles ES1 Track bike. For any of you that may not know Josh he is a really fast cyclist who specializes in track.
Last year Josh represented the NWCC Junior Race Team race team at the USA Jr Track Nationals finishing in the top 5 in every race he competed in. Most notably he took home silver medals in the Points and Team Pursuit races and a bronze metal in the Madison race.
This year Josh is focused on his studies at Texas A&M but we expect to see a lot of Josh and this bike at the Alkek Velodrome this summer. Competitors - you have been warned!

Its new bike day for Danielle S who is the proud owner of a new Church Cycles EX1 just in time for the 2019 Txbra road race season. This bike has the full carbon buildup and a Shimano Ultegra 8000 group set. Hope to see Danielle on many podiums with this bike in 2019!

The newest member of the Church Cycles family is Brent Neal. Brent recently took delivery of a new Church Cycles SG1 Aero Road bike built to his specs. Brent was high in the Txbra points standings for the 35+ 4/5 class during the 2018 road race season until someone crashed into him mid season and totaled his old bike. Hope this one takes him onto the podium in the 2019!

Some new frames arrived at Church Cycles today! These two are getting the full carbon build up and going to one fast 12 year old girl. Hope to see her on the top step of many podiums this coming year!
