Our goal is to promote health and wellness through crossfit certified training.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Murph 2026 🇺🇸

Today we didn’t just work out, we came together as a community to honor something much bigger than ourselves.

There’s something special that happens when you’re grinding through 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 squats shoulder to shoulder with the people you call your gym family. The sweat, the struggle, the encouragement, that’s what this day is all about.

We do the Murph to remember Lieutenant Michael Murphy and all the heroes who gave everything so we could have the freedom to live, love, and even suffer through a workout together. The least we can do is show up.

To every single person who came out today…THANK YOU. Your presence, your effort, and your heart made this day unforgettable. This is what community looks like. 💪❤️

We are grateful. We will never forget. 🙏

Join us at Strong Body Fitness this Memorial Day as we come together to honor the fallen through community, hard work, and remembrance.

We’ll be running Murph heats at:

⏰ 9:00 AM

-Open Gym until 11:00 AM
-Potluck at the gym afterwards!
