Smoked Baby Back Fire Honey Party Ribs, perfect for Super Bowl Party Crowds. Party ribs work best with baby back over spare ribs as they have more meat on each bone. 275° for the first two hours. Then put in a pan with sauce and whatever you want to flavor them with. Cover tightly and put back on for another 1.5 hours at 275°. I then remove from the pan and put back on for 30 minutes to tack up the sauce.
