An analysis of data from 22 studies found that the more time parents spend watching television, the more time their child will spend engaged in sedentary activities. The results suggest that parents who want their kids to move more and sit less should lead by example.

Something to ponder when you are considering not going to practice!

Reminder: Monday, Wednesday and Friday's the pool will be Long Course. Tuesday and Thursday's practices will be Short Course. Sunday's practice will be Long Course.

On Long Course days we will be sharing the pool with other groups and will be limited to usually 5 lanes. This will require swimmers to have multiple people in their lanes. The coaches will do their best to put like abilities in the same lanes.
