Texas License To Carry (LTC) Classes by a certified LTC instructor and certified NRA handgun and shooting instructor What drove me to become a CHL Instructor?
I originally took my CHL because I am a bowhunter, and in Texas you could not carry a firearm during the archery deer season - unless you had a CHL. I bow hunted in deep South Texas and felt a need to have something other than a bow in the field. This law has obviously changed since I took my class in 2010.
