To my LA Fitness family,
After 12 years of teaching, last Thursday was my final class. I truly hate that I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye in person, so I’m saying it here.
Please know this—I will miss you deeply.
Thank you for showing up week after week. Thank you for trusting my methods—the pace, the push, the madness. That madness is what kept us coming back for more, and you met it every single time.
I witnessed so many transformations—physically, mentally, emotionally. Strength was built. Confidence was gained. Limits were broken. And what you may not know is that you were my motivation. Your energy, your commitment, and your consistency are the reason I stayed as long as I did.
I am incredibly proud to have been your instructor.
This next season is about focusing on myself and the blessings ahead, but I leave with nothing but gratitude for the years we shared. If you’re ever close by, you can find me at the boutique—stop in and say hi sometime.
Thank you for the sweat, the grit, the laughs, and the love.
