Meet the three of us—CiCi, Lauren, and America—the heart and soul behind Ojas, our transformational studio. It all started one day when CiCi was sharing her dream: a sacred space where women could come together in service, support, and growth. As CiCi spoke, Lauren lit up—she’d been holding the same vision in her heart. Then there was America, who listened intently and said, ‘Let’s make this real.’ And just like that, our shared dream took root 💫
We named our space Ojas, inspired by the Ayurvedic principle of vitality and inner strength. At Ojas, CiCi will be guiding Kundalini yoga sessions, while America & Lauren weave in meditation, reiki, integration, and the wisdom of Ayurvedic principles. It’s a sanctuary for connection, transformation, and empowerment—built by three friends who dared to dream together.
We are opening our doors and inviting you to our first event this Saturday, March 29th from 1-4pm to celebrate our First Aries Eclipse New Moon Circle 🌑✨ LINK IN BIO
