Spinning Kick & Acrobatic Technique

This summer, students can build power, balance, confidence, and advanced kicking skills through our special 3-day training program!

📅 Dates: July 13, 15, 17
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Students will improve spinning kicks, body control, flexibility, safe jumping/landing techniques, and confidence — great for Demo Team, Poomsae, Sparring, and overall athletic development.

Our Top Class instructors and Leadership Team rocked the Mulberry Jam Festival 2026! 👊🔥

From powerful board breaking to high-energy mitt kicking, we had an amazing time sharing the spirit of authentic Korean Taekwondo with our local community! 🇰🇷💥

Despite the blazing heat ☀️, our team shined bright with teamwork and smiles. A huge thank you to our incredible parents for keeping us refreshed with cold drinks, ice cream, and delicious meals! 🥤🍦🍱
