These children are growing up in extreme poverty, but inside those walls they are fed, educated, and reminded every single day that they matter.

We held them. We played with them. We loved on them... and they didn't want us to leave.

52 years around the sun today, hell yes… and what a trip it’s been!

Birthdays have a way of making you pause and reflect, just take it all in… the lessons, the people, and the unexpected turns that lead you here.

I’ve been fortunate to experience a lot of life over these years. I’ve made mistakes, learned a lot along the way, and met some incredible humans who have been there through it all.

These days I’m grateful for the simple things—time in nature on a long hike, a good book (usually several at once), my dogs, and quality time spent with those I care about the most.

More than anything, I’m grateful for the people in my life… the ones who challenge me, never gave up on me, support me, trust me, and allow me to walk alongside them on their journey.

If the last 52 years have taught me anything, it’s this: life is so much richer when you’re helping other people succeed, seeing them win, and living a life full of purpose.

Grateful to be here. Grateful for the people in my life.

Tonight we celebrate 52… at 52 West Brewing with dear friends. Feels pretty fitting.

Here’s to the next chapter—may it be the most world-class and badass one yet!

Live Legendary!�– Tommy

On day two of Friendsgiving, we spent the afternoon exploring downtown Dahlonega before making our way back to The Mountain Top Lodge for an expertly prepared fireside dinner. After that came the competition—a hearty dose of Legendary Trivia. The questions sparked a ton of laughter, plenty of debate, and more than a little smack talk. Some teams insisted the questions were too tough, others answered without hesitation. Overall the night was world-class and badass!

The next morning, a small but mighty group climbed up to Preacher’s Rock for a sunrise hike. The stunning views over the Appalachians were worth the early wake-up call. There was something truly meaningful about standing together in the stillness of the morning light. It was a good reminder to be more present and appreciate the simple things we often overlook.

We wrapped up our Legendary Friendsgiving with a powerful lean-in for one of our members. The group came together around a real business challenge, offering fresh perspective, honest feedback, and valuable insight. It was a clear demonstration of what makes the Inner Circle so remarkable, the way this group shows up with real wisdom, authenticity, and a commitment to helping each other win.

It was a memorable finish to an already incredible Friendsgiving.

This weekend, our Legendary Inner Circle members gathered in the North Georgia mountains at The Mountain Top Lodgefor an unforgettable Friendsgiving.

We kicked things off with quirky conversation starters that had everyone opening up, laughing, and reconnecting. There’s an extraordinary type of energy that happens when this tribe comes together in person, it’s truly Legendary to witness!

One of the most impactful moments of the weekend was our 2026 Visioning Session. Tommy guided us through how to create a powerful playbook for shaping the year ahead—getting clear on where we’re headed, what matters most, and what a truly Legendary 2026 looks like. The clarity and focus generated set the tone for the rest of the weekend.

We also spent time in downtown Dahlonega, taking a tour of the historic Dahlonega Consolidated Gold Mine and panning for gold, while learning about the town’s illustrious mining history.

At its core, this Friendsgiving was about connection, leveling up, and the simple joy of being with other high-achieving business leaders who show up fully—for themselves and for each other.

Still fired up from an incredible two-day experience at the 40 Strategy Growth Workshop in Phoenix.

It was an honor to serve as Master of Ceremonies, lead one-on-one mastermind sessions, and join a powerhouse panel alongside inspiring leaders and ambitious entrepreneurs.

Massive gratitude to Carl Cox and his phenomenal 40 Strategy team for putting on a world-class inaugural event—all about strategy in motion, moving from insight to implementation, while holding each other accountable.

There’s nothing quite like being live, connected, and surrounded by driven leaders all working toward a common goal of growth and success. The energy, collaboration, and shared commitment to excellence was truly powerful.
