Welcome to the newest members of the UNG swim team. Sculling is fun they said. Doubles are more stable they said. Square the blades completely coach said.
UNG Rowing is the collegiate rowing team that competes in the ACRA league. However shortly after the games the club became inactive.
The North Georgia College and State University Rowing Club was originally founded in 1995 as a way to promote the 1996 Olympic Rowing events that where held on Lake Sydney Lanier. However starting in the Summer of 2011 rowing is going to be once again offered at NGCSU in partnership with Riverside Military Academy and Revolution Rowing in Gainesville, Ga.
