There are no longer any officers of this club attending UNG. If you would like to reinstitute and take control of this organization, please contact whoever is currently in charge of the sports clubs (assuming that this organization has not already been dismantled completely). As former president, I will attempt to provide any requested assistance; however, due to my distance from the campus now that I have graduated, I am limited in my ability.
Please let me know if you have a desire to lead this inactive organization.
Thank you,
Gary Rodrick Casper

Caving, also known as spelunking, is the sport of exploring caves. While caving can be exciting, it can also be dangerous and harmful to the environment if done incorrectly. This club is dedicated to the education of students about caving both safely and ethically, as well as the importance of cave conservation. Caving Club Home OrgSync is a web-based platform and community management system that centralizes student involvement and streamlines campus and organization communication.
Due to a variety of factors including the weather (and the amount of individuals who have no doubt already left for an extended weekend), there will be no caving meeting tomorrow (1/31). Our next meeting will instead be the following Friday, Feb 7th.
Don't forget, our first caving meeting of the semester will be TOMORROW (1/17) in Young Hall room 214 from 12-1pm. After that, we will plan to have meetings every other week, as well as anytime there is a trip planned.
Bring anyone that you think may be interested; since this is the first meeting of the semester and MLK weekend, we may not have very many individuals show up.
Remember, there is a leadership position open for any of those who are interested (just talk to me tomorrow).
See you guys then!
Don't forget guys, our first meeting will be THIS FRIDAY (1/17) in Young Hall 214 from 12-1pm. After that, we will be having meetings every other week, as well as anytime there is a trip planned. Again, the time and day may change, but for right now expect Fridays at noon. Remember, if you have any questions, feel free to send us a message.
See you guys then!
Alright guys, its a new semester, and we're really going to kick things up a notch. Our first meeting will be NEXT FRIDAY in Young Hall 214 from 12-1pm. After that, we will start having meetings every other week, and anytime there is a trip planned. The time and day may change, but for right now expect Fridays at noon. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message.
See you guys then!
Hey guys, there will be a meeting this Friday at noon in Young 114 to go over a lot of things. We will discuss potential trips over the break, general feedback from this semester, changes for next semester, and, most importantly, elections.
Currently, there isn't anyone who’s expressed the desire to run for next semester’s Treasurer or PR Chair, so if anyone wants to fill either of these positions, your chances of getting elected are pretty high already! (Keep in mind that per our bylaws, to run for a position or vote in elections you must be an official member; this means that you must have paid this semester’s dues of $10. If for some reason you haven't yet or are joining us late, you are still allowed to pay this Friday. For those of you who can't make it Friday but are still interested, let me know.)
Due to the fact that this was the Caving Clubs first semester in full operation, we didn’t want to pester you guys with unnecessary meetings. However, next semester our startup will be much more fluid since we will have things better planned out, and for this reason we will plan to have meetings on a regular basis.
I look forward to seeing you guys on Friday!
Don't forget - there is a beginners caving trip planned THIS SATURDAY, with a meeting tomorrow at noon in Young 114 for discussion.
Once again, we have a beginners caving trip planned for THIS SATURDAY. We will have a meeting on Friday at noon to discuss the logistics of the trip (most likely Young Hall 114, but stay tuned for changes) .
