Time commitment would be Saturday, 4/1/23 from 7:30am-12:00pm

Thomas is the founder of HIPS Coaching and trains with many amazing athletes, including this year's race day speaker Chris Lancaster. As a runner with visual impairment, Chris is ready to cross the finish line again and share a story of teamwork with you!
