Our intro classes are full of beginner workouts, we teach modifications for those that need it, we do challenging new things up to the clients choice & we have so much fun!!!!

Hello everyone ! My name is Sonia and I would like to share my journey with you about Studio Bungee in Dallas Ga. I suffer from osteoarthritis in my joints and softening of the knee caps and I have no cartilage in my knees just bone on bone. I joined Studio Bungee on the recommendation of my Orthopedic Doctor It literally has changed my life so much for the good , in just six weeks I have went from being not able to walk no more the 250 steps a day to now walking on an average of 6500 to 6900 steps per day the flexibility in my joints being able to squat , bend , stand comfortably without pain I have lost 10 to 12 pounds and 5 to 7 inches my cholesterol has dropped 16 points !!! It been a journey to get where I am today. I do struggle but with the help of the wonderful coaches (Tori & Christal) they are here and really want to help you succeed in your in your health and wellness goals they are kind & supportive they give one on one time which means so much !
