Yesterday I got to partake in the memorial workout. Jacob Morris was a teen age CrossFit games athlete and this past weekend suddenly passed away. This week the CrossFit community is getting together to do the last workout he did, in honor of him. Here is the workout. feel free to hit the workout, scale whatever you need to scale, and so on. This one’s not about you!

What’s up everybody and happy Friday! I hope y’all have had the best week ever! With the holidays here I know it’s hard to get in the gym, so I wanted to give y’all a super hard but very simple AT HOME workout!! The workout is called “death by burpees” 😬 very simple to follow, every minute you do that amount of burpees. Minute 1= 1 burpee, minute 2=2 burpees etc. below will be a link to a burpee video, but all I’m looking for is chest to the ground, and stand up tall! Let me know how far you get!

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you guys had a wonderful thanksgiving! I’m sure you guys are allllll the food and let me tell you I sure did! With the holidays here I know it’s hard to find time to get to the gym, go for a run, etc. so with that being said, let me help you find the motivation! I love getting to hangout with people and motivate people! I will be posting some great at home workouts to do if you can’t find time to make it to the gym! I hope y’all have an awesome week!
