Stability training is extremely important as we get stronger. The only way to make the big muscles stronger is to also work the stabilizer muscle groups around the large muscle groups. The stronger stability muscles create larger big muscle groups such as chest or legs. Try some stabilization training to amplify your muscle growth.

Most people confuse lifting heavier weight causes “bulky” build to the structure of the body. This is FALSE! Lifting heavy weight can actually burn more fat 🔥 Weight load is extremely important to stimulating the metabolism in a metabolic phase making fat go away. So remember always lift heavy twice a week to stimulate this metabolism phase.
