“My names Zay! New Orleans native but grew up in Dallas. I started learning about mobility during a time when I was deep into studying anatomy and exercise science. I was in massage therapy school and actively pursuing dance, so everything I was learning felt immediately relevant. When I went through my mobility certification, it felt like I had unlocked a cheat code for understanding my joint issues and limitations. As I applied what I was learning to my own body, I realized how essential and often overlooked this kind of work is. Now I enjoy sharing these tools with others who might feel stuck or hopeless in their bodies. I absolutely love what I do and am grateful for the supportive, like minded community that has grown alongside this journey!”

Our weekend hours are changing!
Starting May 17th, we will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Our weekday hours will remain the same (6:00am to 10:00pm). This adjustment is part of a broader effort to better align our staffing and operations with member usage patterns on weekends. By making this small change, we can continue to offer a high-quality experience while managing our resources responsibly.
