Freezing your bread before toasting it may actually change the way your body digests it. They need a place that helps them notice other people too.
In class today, a teen finished his turn, saw the paddle had slipped low, and stopped to hold it steady for his partner.
No big speech.
Just Respect.
That's the difference.
More than just kicks and punches...
Even in moments that look small from the side of the mat.
