“Your legacy is not what they say about you, but how they live differently because they knew you” John Sarris Quotes

About 49–50 million people who identify as Black or African American alone or in combination with another race in America

I am posting about reported Georgia cases where families publicly questioned the official finding, claimed their loved one was murdered or that the investigation was flawed, but the case did not receive much sustained media attention and/or not enough public outcry and/or enough civil rights attorney involvement and/or enough political attention

1. Brianna Grier — Hancock County, Georgia (2022)
* Family claim: Her family demanded answers and questioned the circumstances surrounding her death after she fell from a patrol vehicle following her arrest.
* Investigation concerns: The family sought clarity about what happened while she was in law enforcement custody.
* Media level: It received some coverage because of civil rights attorney involvement, but it did not receive the same national attention as some other cases.

Update: GBI Investigates Woman’s Death in Hancock County | Georgia Bureau of Investigation

07/08/2026

“Grief” and “heartbreak” will bring out a roller coaster of emotions. One minute you will blame everyone. You will blame parents and you will eventually blame the “victim”

You will blame everyone except “yourself” and guess what?
We are all guilty of it. Every last one of us.

“Grief” and “heartbreak” will make you point the finger in the most “predictable” direction especially when it involves different races of people

The internet has exploded once again.

The death of Mr. Nolan Xavier Wells 💔 has made headline news

The headline news that causes everyone to become outraged

The consistent level of “selective outrage” black folk are guilty of time and time again. Most of the time we only speak out in heavy numbers when crimes against blacks make headlines news

Most blacks don’t say a word when blacks kill other blacks

We always make up an excuse as to why we don’t

My own relatives with the exception of “3” haven’t said a word about the killing of my brother Avery, their nephew, their first cousin. They haven’t even done something as simple as to lift their tired fingers to signing our petition. My grand-parents would be extremely “ashamed” knowing that they raised their children to not look after their loved ones and then they raised
their children to do the same. It’s despicable but it’s happening in black communities all over America

Blacks are going in hard on “white” people about racism & telling black parents to train their kids to “not being the only black person in the group”

Black folks talking against other black parents about them putting their black children in schools and programs that are predominantly “white”

“Racism” is the greatest magic trick “mankind” has ever created

Blacks leave their communities and move out to predominantly white communities for very few reasons

Blacks leave their communities because other blacks have not supported them enough to the point where they would stay

Black folks have a history of ostracizing other blacks in their communities

Blacks leave to find cleaner communities because there aren’t enough blacks willing to keep their communities safe and clean

I spent the majority of my childhood in low socioeconomic neighborhoods. I went to predominantly black schools my entire childhood. I even spent 4 years and graduated from an HBCU. I lived in South Central Los Angeles for 6 years. No one can tell me I don’t know about the “black experience” I know it all to well

The majority of my experiences in the black community has been “negative” not “positive”

We moved to a predominantly white community in 2021

And guess what? I don’t feel safe here either

My children at times have been the only black child in their dance class. My son at one point was the only black boy in his martial arts class

It doesn’t matter where blacks go in America we are still not safe, we are still ostracized, we are still mistreated & we are still being killed-This is what America has been & what America will always be if the people in America don’t start telling the truth about themselves and their own behavior towards others

“Amnesia” is also very prevalent in white communities just as well as black communities

Just like in Nolan’s case, now his “friends” can’t remember or details are minimal. Same in my brothers case where details were sketchy, minimal, and they couldn’t get their stories straight

But Guess what? In my brothers case, they got off and guess what? They were black not white

Witnesses in the white communities never see or hear anything and they don’t in the black community either

There always seem to be at least one “female” in these cases seemingly cooperative

Where did white people learn this behavior from?

African sold us to whites in exchanges for :
Fi****ms
Gunpowder
Textiles
Metal bars (especially copper or iron)
Alcohol (such as rum)
Glass beads
Cowrie shells (used as currency in parts of Africa)
Manufactured goods

Even our attorneys and civil rights attorneys behave in a way that is questionable

Why don’t a lot of black attorneys gather together to fight these cases

I don’t hate “Christians” but I do have a series of real questions for them

The largest religion in America is “Christianity”

My question is for Christians collectively not individually. Because collectively you become a majority but individually you become a minority

Why has there been so much evil on y’all watch?

Why are churches on every corner in black communities yet our communities have the worst living conditions on y’all watch?

Why do yall allow liquor stores, CBD stores, ma*****na dispensers and drug houses to outnumber y’all churches in black communities?

How many Christians use social media to stop“cyberbullying” when you see it?

Because I “hate” hypocrisy I’m going to tell you what I will do moving forward…..

For those of you who follow me, you don’t have to wait for me to talk about my brother, the petition is online 24hr/7days a week. The link is on my social media and it’s on the foundation website at Atlanta | Non Profit | Kennesaw

Once a week I will find a black family in the state of Georgia whose loved one was murdered by another black person. I will only share the ones where witnesses claim they didn’t see or hear anything or where witnesses statements don’t align and evidence is minimal

I will share their story in hopes that I can help them receive more coverage than they have received

I will share their story, supporting my fellow black Americans and standing with them and showing solidarity during a time where they need it the most

Everyone and I mean everyone need to check themselves at the door

To all the whites in America, your silence is never surprising and your silence is an admission of guilt

To my black people, we need to stop lying and start doing the “right” thing and for some odd reason doing the right thing in this country seems to be so difficult for the masses yet everyone is “outraged”

Nolan I am sorry this happened to you and my heart goes out to his mother, father and his entire family, friends and their supportive community. This one hurt really bad and so does the death of my brother Avery

This country is so violent to the point where if you stay here long enough you will either become violent, a victim of violence, an advocate against violence or a sell out

Sign the Petition 07/04/2026

I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and JUSTICE FOR ALL
