I’ve failed more times than I can count.
I’ve started again on Mondays that never made it past Wednesday.
I’ve quit workouts halfway through and convinced myself “maybe this just isn’t for me.” Because it was hard.
But here’s the truth — failure wasn’t the end. It was just feedback. It is what propelled me forward.
The real change happened when I stopped trying to be perfect and started being consistent.
When I stopped waiting to “feel motivated” and decided to show up anyway. On the days that were hard and that I didn’t want to.
Mindset is everything. Once you commit to showing up for yourself — even when it’s messy, even when it’s hard — that’s when things actually start to shift.
It’s when you learn about yourself, and begin to see the version of you that you have been chasing for so long. The one that you have been dreaming about. She has been there the whole time, just waiting for you to find her.
You are the greatest project you will ever work on, see it through.

People often ask me how I have managed to continue on my fitness journey for so long, and the answer is simple. I stayed in the arena. Day after day.
Here’s the thing about doing hard things, the world rewards those that stay consistent, and stay after it time and time again.
When I wake up and don’t want to show up to the gym, I go anyways.
When I feel down and don’t want to show up for myself, I show up anyways.
When I accidentally sleep in through my morning workout, I go in the afternoon.
When I have setbacks, I make tomorrow better.
When I fail, I try again.
I ALWAYS SHOW UP.
I challenge you to show up for YOU on the days where it is hard. In the seasons that you are drained. I dare you to show up anyways. I dare you to stay in that arena when you feel like you are getting the life knocked out of you. I ask that you show up anyways.
You will be amazed at what it has in store for you❣️

Monday confessions from Hannah:
Lately, motivation has felt… distant.
I’ve found myself waking up without the usual fire, staring at my workouts and wondering where that spark went. This season has felt heavier. Between trying to balance relationships, a job change, taking care of myself, and showing up as my best, I find that i am overwhelmed sometimes more often than I’m balanced.
But here’s what I’ve come to understand through the years of dedication to this journey:
Motivation is a wave. Convenient, no doubt, when it’s here, but fleeting.
It rises, it crashes, and sometimes it disappears without warning.
What stays… is discipline.
The quiet decision to keep showing up.
The commitment to myself, even when it feels hard.
The trust that even when the feeling fades, the purpose doesn’t. This is a season. It is temporary, not forever.
So I move. I workout. I give what I can.
Not perfectly. Not always with passion.
But consistently — and with faith that the fire will return.
Because it always does.
And until it does, I’ll keep going.
The feeling is grounded in something stronger than just that (a feeling), it is a promise I made to myself.
I owe it to myself to show up.
And with tough love I say, so do you.

I told my therapist recently “I realize that I am the only person that I am ever guaranteed in this life, and that scares me.”
To which he responded “But there is so much freedom in that.”
Honestly, his comment caught me off guard. Because truthfully, self love and acceptance are hard for me sometimes. And the thought of being stuck with only me for the rest of my life is intimidating.
But you know what? He might be right. “Freedom”
Freedom to be true to myself
Freedom to create, dream, and execute
Freedom to be whoever I want to be
Freedom to change paths
Freedom to feel aligned
Freedom to become
We can choose our own path, because there is, and only ever will be, one “us”.
Hannah, I love you, and it is us until the very end 🤍

Hey just a reminder to show up today.
Show up if feel on top of the world
Show up if you aren’t feeling it
Show up if you are happy
Show up if you are sad
Show up if you are well rested
Show up if you are tired
Show up if you are in love
Show up if you are broken hearted
Show up if you want to
Show up if you don’t
But show up for yourself. Today, and every day after that.

Tbh this blurry, crappy photo really describes how the day started.☠️
I was tempted to delete it and post a different one but wanted to talk about how life is not perfectly curated and I think this picture represents that better.
The plan for today:
🔥 5am workout
🔥 get dressed and makeup on
🔥walk the dog
🔥head to the office and be there at 8am
What actually happened: #
😵💫woke up with a sinus headache
😵💫 hit snooze until 8am
😵💫 rushed to take the dog to the bathroom before my 8:30 meeting
😵💫no morning workout
I could have called it quits right then and there and said “we will try again tomorrow.” And truthfully, I was tempted. But why waste a perfectly good day? Just because it started bad doesn’t mean it has to stay that way.
What I did instead:
🤟🏻popped some Advil
🤟🏻did an upper body workout during my break
🤟🏻ate some fruit and drank a protein shake
🤟🏻did my hair and makeup and put on a cute outfit
🤟🏻decided that the day was in fact not cancelled
Life rarely if ever goes to plan. That’s why it is important to learn to PIVOT when it comes to your fitness journey.
Happy Monday, friends! Even if it started off rough, there’s still time to make it a great day🙌🏻

NEW YEAR NEW ME BABY🙌🏻
Wrong.
Did you know that research shows that over 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail?
It’s not because we are lazy or incapable of accomplishing big things. It’s because we refuse to turn these goals into 🔥habits🔥
Here’s the deal (and something I learned the hard way, MANY times😵💫)
🔥Changing your health is a DAILY PRACTICE. Not a one and done.
🔥fitness needs to become part of your identity. It’s not what you do, it’s who you are. You don’t even think about it, you just do it.
🔥it takes accountability, community and perseverance. It is so much easier than going in alone.
🔥It takes months of practice and trial and error to get a routine down.
Now that I’ve hit you with the truth, what can we do to beat the statistics and actually crush it this new year?
🙌🏻 Get a REALISTIC plan in place for workouts. Pick 3-4 times a week (ahead of time) that you will actually be able to workout for 45+ minutes without distractions.
🙌🏻 plan your meals ahead of time and have healthy snacks on hand. The last thing you want to do is try to make a good decision when you’re already hangry 🤪
🙌🏻 lay out your workout clothes the night before. If you workout after work, throw on your clothes and go to the gym immediately. The longer you sit on the couch, the less likely you are to follow through.
🙌🏻 have some healthy drive through options written out in case of emergencies
🙌🏻 make your close family and friends aware of your goals and how they can best support
🙌🏻 give yourself grace and if you mess up keep moving forward. Do not wait for “Monday” to get back on track.
New year, same us, with healthier and better habits💞
