Help save the birds by following the advice on Audobon Texas!

LIGHTS OUT, TEXAS! We have entered the weeks of Peak Migration!

By turning out all non-essential lights outside and inside from 11 PM–6 AM, both at work and at home, you can help dramatically reduce the dangerous threats that birds face while migrating.

A peaceful, reflective day at the park. The frost w**d is beautiful and the hill down to the fields is starting to cover with snow. Preparing for a day of sledding.

It's an amazing fall Sunday at the park! Thanks to all our volunteers who came out to work this morning, including the awesome Rudy Karimi - District 14 Park and Recreation and our National Charity Leauge volunteers! We picked up trash up around the park and w**ded the pollinator garden for its resident snails, bees, grasshoppers, and butterflies. The monarchs are coming through--we are an official monarch way station! We saw our dog walkers, bikers giving lessons to little bikers, joggers, pickle ball and tennis players all out enjoying this taste of fall!
