I’m so excited to have another opportunity for outreach in our community!!

My personal experiences of working towards improving on my fitness goals while navigating the difficulties caused by cerebral palsy, have given me a unique insight on the importance of improving overall physical function, rather than focusing on physical appearance!

I feel it is my duty to pass on this knowledge to help the special populations community and anyone else who has ever felt uncomfortable or intimidated by the typical gym setting! That especially includes my fellow q***r-identifying community!

Offering a SAFE and INCLUSIVE environment for individuals of every fitness level to come MOVE BETTER, FEEL BETTER, LIVE BETTER!!

Victoria has done an amazing job really focusing on pushing through those barriers and I’m so proud of the progress we have been able to achieve together!! 💪🏻💚

Not many people know the effects scoliosis can have when it comes to starting an exercise program - increased in muscular imbalances and deep rooted postural overcompensations tend to be the biggest obstacles in the beginning because you’re basically having to retrain your body’s entire natural movement pattern.

With the weather finally warming up (at least in Texas) I wanted to give y’all a KILLER core/cardio workout that you can do outside!! Shoutout to for pushing through this one EVEN ON VACATION!!
Exercises:
* “Devil’s” Burpees - 3×15
* Plank Up-Downs - 3x20
* Contralateral Dead Bugs - 3×40
* Medicine Ball Slams - 3x30
