Longhorn Last Stand Backyard Ultra let’s dance in December

Something about the last man standing format i love so much. I’ve only ran one and have done multiple 50 mile sims but I’ve crewed for MANY. Through crewing ive gained more and more knowledge on the ability to troubleshoot during these races and i can’t wait to apply it all December 5th

The Chicago marathon 2026 - 2:43:04

Extremely proud of the effort today. Deep down I knew if i wanted to hit 2:40 everything had to be perfect. Even after peak week i still knew it was a very slim chance. As always, id rather go for an ambitious goal and fall short than go for something I know I can do

I missed the marathon typa pain and I will be back for more. Up next: Tunnel hill 50 miler where im going to attempt to smash my time from survive the night.

Sub 2:40:00 Chicago marathon prep comes to a close tomorrow

Leaving it all on the line. Emptying the tank as always.
First marathon I’ve trained for since 2024 and I’m ready to taste that type of pain cave again

Appreciate the support to get to this point. I’m the fittest I’ve ever been. The healthiest I’ve ever been. The fastest I’ve ever been.
