First race back after a Summer Break and traveled to for the Grand Nationals presented by . Thank you for hosting a great event!

We were fast all weekend securing pole and finished second in all 3 heat races. Started 2nd in the main event and was 2nd in the last lap in the last corner, but had to settle for 4th place. Disappointing considering all the laps we led throughout the weekend, but lessons were learned to help us in the future. We look forward to trying again next year for a Duffy!

First national race in nearly a year and had a decent run at Race 1 at !

We had top 5-10 pace in nearly all the practices. Ran into bad luck getting impeded out of turn 9 on our flying qualifying lap that had a predicted lap time in the top 5. Qualifying 27th made the heat races tough to survive while trying to gain positions.

In the main event, after securing 13th position managed to close the 2-3 second gap to the tail of the lead pack. Needed a few more laps to pick up a bunch of spots as we were running quicker lap times than most in the lead pack.

Heat 1 - 13th -> 16th
Heat 2 - 14th -> 11th
Heat 3 - 14th -> 13th
Main - 22nd -> 12th

But we had great pace and good result to stay in contention for the series championship.

After a hiccup in qualifying where we were lucky to get in 3 decent laps, we survived the 3 heat races starting 11th to start the main in 7th to finish 4th.
