2️⃣ “Pickleball players will spend $200 on a paddle to fix a $2 footwork problem.”
🎾 Let’s be real—it’s never the paddle.
🚨 Misses an easy shot → “I think I need a new paddle.”
🚨 Hits the net → “This paddle has no touch.”
🚨 Whiffs completely → “Maybe I need a heavier one?”
💡 Reality check: If you’re tripping over your own feet, the latest $200 paddle won’t save you. Maybe—just maybe—it’s time to work on footwork instead.
🔥 What’s the most expensive piece of gear you’ve bought to “fix” your game? Be honest. 😂👇
🚨 97% of Pickleball Players Call "Out" When It Was Clearly In 🤔
🎾 It’s scientifically proven (probably) that nearly every pickleball player has called an "out" ball that was actually in.
✅ Reasons why this happens:
Vision distortion caused by sheer competitive energy.
The "I swear I saw it out" effect (also known as selective eyesight).
The "I'm already losing" defense mechanism—if it was out, I wouldn't be down 10-2.
Pickleball court lines are CLEARLY a government conspiracy.
🔎 Solution? Hawk-Eye technology in every backyard court (or just admit you might be wrong).
💬 Be honest—have you ever called an "out" ball that might have been in? Drop a 🎯 or 🙈 in the comments! 👇
🚨 Rule Reminder: If the Ball Hits Your Paddle, It’s Live!
❌ No take-backs in pickleball! If the ball touches your paddle, even by accident, it’s in play—whether you were ready or not.
🔹 What this means:
✅ If the ball hits your paddle and goes over, keep playing!
✅ If it deflects off your paddle and goes out, your opponent gets the point.
✅ If you weren’t expecting it and didn’t swing, it still counts as a hit.
💡 Pro Tip: Always keep your paddle up and in ready position to avoid accidental deflections.

🏓 Pickleball 101: What is a Reset Shot?
A reset shot is a controlled, defensive shot that slows down the game and helps you regain control of a rally.
🔹 When to Use a Reset Shot:
✅ When your opponent is attacking with fast, aggressive shots.
✅ If you’re stuck at the baseline and need time to move forward.
✅ To neutralize your opponent’s advantage and get back into position.
💡 Pro Tip: A reset shot is usually a soft drop into the kitchen—think of it as a way to reset the point instead of trying to fight back with power.
