“When I started working with Tiffany 8 months ago, moving my body felt foreign. I had been out of a regular workout routine for years and I struggled to find motivation to stick to fitness programs. I joined Clairevista because the organization’s philosophy spoke to me & I was happy to discover that the membership came with a free personal training session (among other perks!).

When I met with Tiffany, I felt a connection immediately. She was down to earth, honest, and met me where I was physically. I signed up to train with Tiffany once a week and started to notice change after a few sessions. Tiffany guided me not only on weight training, but also in nutrition, and she pushed me to ask myself the tough questions about why I wanted to change in the first place. Tiffany has been vital in teaching me how to move again without judgement of where I began. Congratulations to Jessica .ou our “6-Weeks to Lose It” Challenge WINNER 🥇, and our runner-up, Ron! 🙌🙌💪💪

Jessica lost 16.4lbs. (4.7% body fat) while significantly improving her strength tests:

⬆️ Doubled her number of squats in 60 seconds
⬆️ Increased her plank hold by 41 seconds
⬆️ Bar hang time increased by 35 seconds
⬆️ Push-ups increased from 17 to 20

“Hello from Denise 👋

I recently hit 400 workouts.

But what makes that number meaningful is remembering Day 1.

On April 3, 2023, just three days after stepping away from my corporate job and into the unknown, I walked into the gym and made one simple commitment:

Lift 2 days a week.

A few months later… it became 3 days a week.

Since then there have been days with travel, illness, injuries, and life doing what life does. On those days, I practiced grace, focused on recovery, and then came back to my commitment to my health.

You’ve probably seen me lifting heavy, flipping heavy equipment, and recently the sweat sessions on the Peloton.

But what you might not know is that my biggest challenge was something much simpler…

One push-up.�Not from my knees. A full push-up.

I honestly didn’t think it would ever happen.

So I started where I could.�One rep at a time.

Less than a year later…�Five push-ups in a row.

Whatever your health or fitness goal is, remember:
✨ It starts with one commitment.�✨ One step.�✨ One rep.
And then you keep going.”

Coach Chris on how to celebrate progress…

1) Define progress clearly. Celebrate behaviors (showing up, consistency, discipline), not just outcomes.

2) Pre-decide your reward. Choose something aligned with your goals so you’re not making emotional decisions in the moment.

3) Scale the reward to the win. Small progress = small reward. Save bigger celebrations for major milestones.

4) Avoid rewards that contradict the goal. Don’t use the old habit as the prize for breaking the old habit.

5) Use reinforcement, not relief. Celebrate because you’re proud — not because you “survived” something and need escape.

6) Reflect before you reward. Ask: What worked? What did I learn? What will I repeat?

7) Keep momentum intact. Celebrate in a way that lets you continue the next day without a setback.

8) Anchor the identity. Say, “This is who I’m becoming,” not “I deserve to fall off now.”

9) Share strategically. Celebrate with people who support growth — not those who pull you back into old patterns.

10) Return to baseline quickly. Enjoy the win, then reset to your normal discipline rhythm.
