Some teachers tell me they get stressed to come up with new original sequencing. Some tell me they get upset because so and so are stealing their sending.
To quote a wise Yogi, doing a sending is like doing a cover of an original song. We are just delivering the ancient art of yoga with a bit of our own flavor. How wise is that?
When you know what you do isn't really original or has been done before by somebody else, it takes all the pressure away knowing it is just yoga.
I have a couple of new classes starting. Adding Saturday 10am, 7:30 pm on Monday at We Yogis uptown.
And Sunday 10 am V12 Yoga along with Wednesday 6 pm

As you can see in the clip, fast flow seems fun but it is impossible to go into full expression. Take a look at how u go in and out of wild thing aka . Wouldn't you stay in there for a few show breaths to enjoy the moment?
In the class we will have time to enjoy the moments.

Seeing a line snaking around for early voting tells us out fire is bright.
A small thing that makes a huge difference is to vote. Early voting Randy this evening at 7. Run to looking any stations to early vote.
Voting is like driving, if you want to go forward goes with straight "D"emocrats. If you really want to go backwards it would be "R"epublicans. Go along the party line I find is the simplest way I vote as often we lack knowledge on each candidate, but we know what each party Stands for.
However if you couldn't, you can vote at your station on this coming Tuesday.
