Born in Arkansas, raised in Arlington, and fresh off 12 years of living it up in DC — Damon’s back in Texas and turning it way UP. ❤️‍🔥 He started teaching Lagree in 2013 and hasn’t stopped since.

What does he love most? That slow, spicy burn and the good vibes that come from sweating it out together.
