I don’t think I’ve been this authentically myself in a long time. The mashup of passion, connection, freedom, movement, inspiration, love and fun made me feel like I was an animal who was finally placed back into the wild to thrive. That’s the best analogy I have to sum up the joy I felt.

I was present. I was alive. I was every bit of K A T O Y A.

I enjoyed every minute of with my family!

I was so in the moment that I’m scavenging for footage and videos 🤪. But like that animal I’m on the prowl for all the pics and videos to share this experience with you as well as document such an amazing experience.

I’ve literally been in the state of reflection, sheer gratitude and contemplation on how to recap the greatness that we POUND PROS experienced. So…. place me on silent or put on the alerts and recap with me. Cause I’m going to light your timeline up because I never want to forget!

If you know me. You’ve probably heard me talk about Christie. Here she is🫶🏾. I just love her. She’s my therapist and she’s phenomenal.

Every session is meaningful and I’m so thankful for the work we put in each time. I feel so fortunate to have a place that I can meet and share truly about how I feel. To have a place where the smallest of my concerns are held as important.

You know how you meet people and you are like “Wow, you were made for this!”- that’s Christie. Thank you.
