🌟 Alumni Spotlight 🌟
Rachael Sennett, a three year team member and former captain of our program, is about to start the next chapter of her academic journey. This fall Rachael Sennett ‘25 will be attending Geisinger Medical School on a FULL SCHOLARSHIP. She will be a student in the Abigail Scholars Program.

Rachael’s hope is to be a bringing primary care physician to the area due to the shortage. Rachael wants to work in the underserved population and give back to the local community where she grew up-especially targeting the mental health crisis.

We are so incredibly proud of Rachael’s hard work and determination. Congratulations Sennett! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Congrats to this crew for finishing the semester with a 3.55 GPA or higher. They all secured a spot on the University’s Dean’s List!

🌟 Senior Spotlight!
👩🏼‍🎓Alaina Leisenring is a December 2025 graduate from the Misericordia University with a degree in Biology. This spring Alaina completed her first semester in the Physical Therpay Doctorate Program at MU.
💛 Atheltic Achievement:
Alaina was awarded Rookie of the Year by her teammates in her first season with the program.
💙 Favorite Memory:
The 2026 National Cheerleading Championship -- Winning 3rd place for traditionaroutine!
💛 Advice to current and future Cougars:
Don’t take everything too seriously, have fun and enjoy the ride!
⏰ Future Plans:
Alaina plans to continue studying at MU so she can complete her doctrate degree and become a Physical Therapist.

Winning bronze for the Game Day routine at the 2025 National Championship and taking home the gold at the 2025 ICU World Cup!

Enjoy every moment, it goes by so fast. Always remember to ROAR LOUDER!!!
⏰ Future Plans:
"After graduation, I will be taking the year to gain more hours for my application to the 2027 cycle of Physicians Assistant school. After school, I plan on specializing in Labor & Delivery or Dermatology."
